Method Oregon Grand Tasting
The case for Oregon as a world-class sparkling wine region is being built bottle by bottle, and the evidence is getting hard to ignore. The Method Oregon Grand Tasting brings together producers at the forefront of this movement for an afternoon of pouring and conversation. We'll be there with our Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs — wines rooted in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and made in the méthode traditionnelle. Come find us.

An exploration of sparkling wine, from classic traditions to modern expressions. Through a guided tasting of grand marque and grower Champagnes, Charmat method wines, and Pét Nat, you’ll discover how technique, terroir, and style shape what’s in the glass.
Master of Wine Bree Stock and winemaker Chad Stock will unpack the craft and chemistry behind the bubbles, then turn the lens on Method Oregon’s sparkling wines crafted from Concinnitas Farm.
